Coaching Classes for Carnatic Music
Rajeev Joseph is a lover of arts and culture and encouraged the young talents to come into prominence. His love for children was evident from a series of events and competitions organised by him in India and abroad. It was pertinent to note that several budding talents participated in competitions and events in UAE have bloomed as notable artists in Visual Media .The Indian community in UAE always cared for cultural extravaganzas and actively participated in it. The Indian parents were always interested to bring up their children under the shade of Indian cultural heritage and encouraged children to be trained in traditional Arts and Music. Rajeev Joseph took serious initiative to start coaching classes for Carnatic Music under the tutelage of eminent Artist Mr. Sanal Potti of UAQ Radio, Sharjah, a popular Malayalam Radio in the Gulf. Presently Mr. Sanal Potti is senior producer with Jeevan TV.
Rajeev Joseph organized many ‘Leadership and Personality Development Programs’ for Children and Adults in Dubai and Sharjah and summer camps for children of UAE in Sharjah for 1999, 2000 and 2001. In summer camps, he conducted Sports and Arts Training Programs on Basket Ball, Badminton, Karate, Carnatic Music, Dance, Musical Instruments, Drawing & Painting for the members of Five Star Library in Sharjah with the support of Sharjah Indian Association and Progressive English School, Sharjah.
