Ideal Parenting – A Training Program for Parents
Emergence of Cyber technology and modern means of communication into the day to day life caused radical changes in the lives of people especially youth and children. Globalisation and liberalisation brought a new consumer culture and children were the worst affected. It was a compulsion for the parents to bring up the children in a totally different environment of theirs. Education patterns were entirely different and it was difficult for the parents cope up with changing lifestyle and behaviour patterns. As a close observant of changes internationally Rajeev Joseph came up with an idea to conduct training programs for parents with teen children to empower them to understand the children in a better way and provide them an ideal parentage. It is a training program to equip the parents to garner knowledge to understand and adjust with the behavioral patterns of new generation, at the same time bringing up the children in an atmosphere where morality, culture and tradition are safeguarded. A series of training programs were conducted in Sharjah and Dubai and the participants reaped benefits from such a useful and unique training program.
